What is Pathfinder?

How is an AI career coach different from a human career coach?
- A human coach gives you a handful of scheduled hours. Pathfinder is available whenever the question comes up, remembers everything you have discussed, and works from your actual profile and skills rather than a fresh introduction each session. It does not replace a human coach for deep personal work — it covers the ongoing, week-to-week thinking that no one books an hour for.
What is the Collaboration Scorecard?
- A short questionnaire that profiles your values and worldviews in a professional context, and shows how those compare with your teammates. It is the starting point for understanding why a team disagrees about how decisions get made, not a personality label.
Do I have to send my data to a US AI provider?
- No. Pathfinder offers a Private coach that runs on our own model hosted in Europe, alongside the Frontier option. You choose which one your conversations go to in Settings.
How do I start?
- Every account begins on a Trial with a limited number of messages, so you can get a real feel for the coach before deciding. You can start talking in free flow, from your Collaboration Scorecard results, or by sharing your public LinkedIn URL so the coach knows your background.
